1. Service description

Ender Companions is a subscription service that rents AI-controlled Minecraft companion bots. Each bot joins a server you provide, links itself to your Minecraft username, and takes orders only from you after verification. Companions are controlled by an AI model and may make mistakes.

2. Account and companion limits

One account may have at most 2 companions. Companion slots come from paid subscription slots and any manually granted slots. Each companion is personal to your account and subject to the monthly token budget.

3. Owner responsibility

You are responsible for where and how you use your companions. You must follow the rules of every server you join. Companions may not be used on servers that do not allow bots or companion bots; if you are caught using them on such servers your account will be permanently banned (no refund). You must not use companions for griefing, harassment, cheating, duping, or any other behavior that breaks server rules or applicable law.

4. Linking and control

Companions only obey their verified owner. Until you complete the in-game linking process with the link code shown on the dashboard, the companion will not take orders. Keep your account credentials and link codes private.

5. Server logging and enforcement

We log which servers companions join. We may block servers, stop companions, or suspend accounts that violate these terms. If a companion is repeatedly kicked from a server, we may stop that companion to protect the service.

6. AI limitations

AI companions can misunderstand instructions or take unintended actions. We do not guarantee in-game item safety, success in gameplay, or error-free behavior. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Subscription billing

The subscription is monthly and handled through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the dashboard or Stripe billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months, except where required by law.

8. Fair-use token budget

Each account has a monthly token budget based on its effective companions. When the budget is used, companions may stop taking new AI actions until the next monthly period.

9. Data we store

We store your email address, a hashed password, companion settings, server addresses, usage records, and audit logs. We do not store your plaintext password.

10. Service provided as-is

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
